What is the difference between Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance and Operations?

Business Central targets SMBs (typically under $100M revenue) with simpler needs and lower cost. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (now Finance and Supply Chain Management) is for mid-to-large enterprises with complex financial and supply chain requirements.
