How does Microsoft Dynamics 365 compare to NetSuite?

Both are strong mid-market cloud ERPs. Dynamics 365 Business Central has a strong advantage for companies deep in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, Power BI), with native integration that's hard to replicate.
